Today, CUB serves approximately 30,000 customers across six counties and four municipalities, including Anderson, Campbell, Knox, Morgan, Roane, Union, Clinton, Lake City, Norris, and Oliver Springs.

If you have underpaid, you will be billed accordingly. This program is offered only during the early spring, and applications must be turned in between March 1st and no later than May 1st.
